We all find ourselves caught in the daily grind. It often feels like we just move between work, the grocery store, and home, repeating the same cycle over and over, almost like we're on autopilot. You're not alone in feeling this way! It's time to reclaim our main character energy and become the lead in our own story again! Let's embrace our main character energy! Remember, it's not about making drastic changes or spending a lot of money. It's about the snowball effect—shifting your mindset with small, intentional actions each day.
Elevate Your Morning Routine
Focus on making your first 30 minutes yours and relaxed.
Disconnect from your phone.
Don't make the first thing you do in the morning is scrolling on your phone.
Take time to enjoy your favorite coffee or tea in your favorite mug.
Sip slow and savor the flavor. Light your favorite candle and put on your favorite playlist.
Turn Chores into Sensory Experiences
Change the way you think about cleaning, cooking, and doing laundry.
Create an inviting atmosphere.
Put on your favorite playlist or podcast.
Having good smelling cleaning products and laundry detergent can add to the experience.

An amazing scent can change the whole environment.
Be a Tourist in Your Own City
Snap the mundane by being more observant or your lunch or daily commute.
Sometimes I like to take a different route home or take the scenic route.
On the weekends I like to go downtown and enjoy the sites.
Enjoy the buildings, the people, and the events.
Stop by a bakery, coffee, or ice cream shop, sit outside and enjoy nature.
Create a Luxurious Wind-Down
Let your body and mind know it's time to relax after a hard day.
Treat yourself! Run a warm bath or take a long hot shower.
I like to use my favorite body wash from Bath & Body Works!
Spray your favorite scent on your pillow or linen, let that familiar scent bring back relaxing memories.
Put your phone down and pick up a book.
Unplug from the matrix and experience some analog stimulation.
Practice mindfulness, write down three things you are grateful for in a journal.
Capture the Beauty
Remember to enjoy the things closest to you, there is beauty all around us!
Snap pictures of those beautiful moments, a sunset, pretty cloud, the way the light hits the coffee table.
Learn to enjoy the simple things!
